Can you replace just the foam and reuse my covers?

Yes, on loose cushions with a removable cover or a zipper. We put in new high-density foam in the firmness you pick, or a down-feather wrap, and your covers go back on. Cushions sewn into the frame get handled as reupholstery, since the labor is effectively the same.

Do you do restaurant booth and banquette foam?

Yes. Booth and banquette foam replacement is a regular commercial job for us, and Irving’s restaurant and hotel base keeps it coming. Commercial seating gets fabric rated at 100,000 double rubs or better.

Is it worth driving cushions out to Carrollton?

For cushion-only work we do prefer a drop-off, and it saves you the $250+ round-trip pickup fee. From Las Colinas or Valley Ranch it is roughly a 20 to 25 minute drive. Pickup makes more sense when the whole piece is coming to us.

Can you make cushions for a balcony or a canal-side patio?

Yes, with outdoor-rated foam and Sunbrella performance fabric. That is the right build for a Valley Ranch canal-side seat or a Las Colinas balcony, where cushions sit in sun and weather most of the year.
