Powder Coating begins with sand-blasting the old finish off to the bare metal. Then the color of your choice is applied to your furniture and baked on. We use the highest quality materials to ensure the finish isn’t affected by the unpredictability of Texas weather!

Can you bring my grayed-out teak back?
Yes. We clean, sand and reseal teak, finishing in either a water-based polyurethane or a hybrid wood oil depending on the look you want. Outdoor teak work runs about 4 to 6 weeks.
What do you do with metal patio furniture?
Powder coating, which is the only service we offer on outdoor metal. The frames are sandblasted back to bare metal and powder coated for a hard, baked-on finish. Minimum charge is $650, and turnaround is 8 to 10 weeks, or 10 to 12 in peak summer.
Can you replace the cushions on a lakeside patio set?
Yes, with outdoor-rated foam and fade-resistant Sunbrella fabric. Seating that faces open water near the lake takes sun from every angle, which is exactly where a performance fabric earns the difference in price.
Do you pick up patio furniture near White Rock Lake?
Yes. We are roughly 22 to 25 miles away in Carrollton, about a 35 minute drive, and pickup and delivery starts at $250 round trip and is quoted up front. Given the powder-coating queue, booking in late fall or winter is the way to have a set back before spring.
