Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about furniture refinishing in Allen.
Can you replace just the foam in my sofa cushions?
Yes, on loose cushions with a zipper or removable cover. We swap worn foam for new high-density foam in the firmness you choose, with an optional down-feather wrap. Cushions sewn into the frame are handled as reupholstery, since the work is the same.
Do I need to bring the whole sofa?
No. For cushion-only work we prefer you drop the cushions at our Carrollton shop, about 20 to 25 minutes from Allen. It saves the pickup fee, which starts at $250 round trip.
Which foam firmness should I choose?
It comes down to how you sit. Firmer foam holds its shape longer under daily family use; softer foam or a down-feather wrap feels more relaxed. We will help you match it to the piece.
Can you make new cushions for my patio set?
Yes, with outdoor-rated foam and Sunbrella performance fabric, made to stand up to a backyard in full sun.
