You choose from our Greenhouse Fabrics swatch books (or bring your own, with a $35 per yard COM fee), and the fabric is ordered with your deposit. It takes about a week to arrive, so it is already at the shop by the time we pick up or you drop off.

For a sofa in regular use we recommend 30,000 Martindale rubs or more, and 50,000 or more for high-traffic rooms. Commercial jobs, like restaurant booths, never get anything under 100,000.

How long does reupholstery take?

Typically 6 to 12 weeks depending on the shop’s workload. Since Garland is a 30 to 40 minute drive from our Carrollton shop, we set pickup and delivery (from $250 round trip) up front in the estimate.
