Powder Coating begins with sand-blasting the old finish off to the bare metal. Then the color of your choice is applied to your furniture and baked on. We use the highest quality materials to ensure the finish isn’t affected by the unpredictability of Texas weather!

Yes. We clean, sand and reseal teak, finishing in either a water-based polyurethane or a hybrid wood oil depending on the look you want. Outdoor teak work runs about 4 to 6 weeks.
What do you do with metal patio furniture?
Powder coating, which is the only service we offer on outdoor metal. Frames are sandblasted back to bare metal and powder coated for a hard, baked-on finish. There is a $650 minimum, and turnaround is 8 to 10 weeks, or 10 to 12 in peak summer.
Can you handle a whole hotel or restaurant patio?
Yes, and it is worth planning ahead. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces, outdoor cushions are built with outdoor-rated foam and Sunbrella, and commercial fabric is rated at 100,000 double rubs or better. Booking outside peak summer gets the powder-coating queue on your side.
When should I schedule patio work in Irving?
